Warranty
All products carry one (1) Month Limited Warranty, i.e. Manufacturer Defects. Warranty becomes void if
- Product misuse
- Product being tampered with
- Software conflict
- Virus infection
- Products or Parts have been subjected to Abuse, Misuse, Accident, Alteration, Neglect, Unauthorized Repairs
Replacement
- Upon returning products for replacement, your invoice MUST be provided
- All products being returned for replacement must be returned as sold i.e. original packaging must be provided, along with all accessories
- Goods being returned for replacement must not be damaged in any visible way
- When returning a product for replacement, customers must wait two (2) working days for the product to be examined, and to determine cause of problem. If source of problem was not due to manufacturer defects and/or caused by any condition listed under Warranty Conditions, Warranty becomes VOID
- Customer's returned goods might not be replaced with identical products, e.g. Brand name, or with a new product, but will be replaced with an equally similarly performing product.
- Customers cannot be replaced with different products other than one being returned unless stated otherwise.
Payments & Refunds
Acceptable payment terms are
- Cash; Due On Receipt (D.O.R)
- NO Refund
